get paid even if we don’t and even if the house is vacant. We take on
the task of finding the house, buying the house, preparing it for sale, obtaining the insurance, paying the property taxes, finding the tenant / buyer, doing all of the paperwork and keeping it all running smoothly.
For that, we have the upside of adding the home to our portfolio after
we have paid you back your $30,000 + $10,039.80 in interest.

We only accept one lender for each of the homes we purchase
Lenders invest $30,000 on a 5-year loan @ 12% Principal and Interest
Lenders receive $667.33 monthly payments from Secure Real Estate
As a result of the (60) monthly payments, you will be repaid $40,039.80
Even if our buyer misses a payment, our lender is always paid on time!
Each home has hazard insurance to protect your investment
We always close with a professional title company and our real estate attorney drafts all of the legal documents
Tax Free Earnings: You can utilize a self-directed ROTH 401K or ROTH IRA for your investment. We can refer you to a couple of companies that are custodians of these funds if you are interested in converting to one.

Just like the Bailey Building and Loan did to help people escape from being under Potter’s thumb in the Christmas classic, we want to help our tenant / buyers become homeowners instead of lifelong renters. They simply pay a $3,000 downpayment and they make their monthly mortgage payment, which are often less than they had been paying in rent. Also, their mortgage amount is fixed while their rental rates seem to go up and up and up over the years. We also enroll them in our Christmas Club Rewards program.
This program encourages our tenant / buyers to make their mortgage payments on time throughout the year with the reward of a yearly Christmas Club check for $300 in December! We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own their own home!
